Men’s Retreat

We had the Courageous Men’s Retreat of a Lifetime! We went out to Legacy Ranch, Derrick Wong’s family ranch near Hondo, Texas. Tom Beck and Brian King shared some great messages of encouragement to inspire us men as we lead our families in Christ. Chris Flores and Jaime Flores made all the food, man-style, and all the men were happy and well fed. The kick ball game was epic with some sore hamstrings the next day. Guys were catching bass, catfish, and sun fish in the pond, as the young guys were enjoying a swim. I think the thrill of the weekend was the skeet, pistol, and rifle shooting competition.

Skeet Shooting - Three way tie for 1st at 6 of 12 skeets shattered | Robert Adcock, Athan Flores, Kenny Lenfestey. Pistol Shooting - 1st Paul Sadler, 2nd Seth Tanner, 3rd Robert Adcock. Rifle Shooting - Ran out of time, so the guys just shot for fun. Hope to see you at our next Courageous Men’s Event!
